2008 Outlander won't start
Battery is dead, it doesn't even have enough current to keep the solenoid open. Check for corrosion under the battery terminals. Take them off to look, don't just look.
These cars sit on lots for a long time and the battery sulfates over as a result of standing for a long time, then will never hold a charge again.
Also, I've seen the auto headlights cause batteries to drain on these cars. Make sure they are turning off.
