Default 2010 Outlander suspension squeaky noise

For the past 6 months I hear weird squeaky noise coming from front suspension. More then 6 months ago I installed camber bolts on front to correct horrible tire wear.
I went to a dealer to diagnose and fix the noise, but they told me they can't do this cause I put camber bolts on front suspension and this may cause it. In my opinion big BS and they have nothing to do with the noise.
Can someone help me to figure out what this noise is from.
I uploaded the sound file to YouTube. It's a loop of the best squeaking noise I could record.
Thank you.

I've had a squeak for the past 60-70k miles. I have an alignment done every 7.5k with oil change, so I don't think my ball joints are horrible. The only thing I can think of is the bearing/bushing at the top of the strut towers that allow the spring to slide/rotate.

What are you doing that is making that noise? is that turning the wheels lock-to-lock? pushing up/down on one side? both sides?

I only get the noise when going over speed bump or getting on uneven roads when one side of my car is higher then the other. Speed is under 10mph. Noise is created when getting off the bump.
I don't know if this is serious enough that it can cause damage/uneven wear on tires.
Dealer want me to replace my camber bolts with original bolts in order for them to service the car. Of course one could not even hear/duplicate my cracking sound. If I do that then after, they fix the problem, I still have to put camber bolts on and do another alignment (another $120).

The rubber dust cover on the shock absorbers can make a squeaking noise. I sprayed inside mine with WD40 Specialist Silicone last week and that solved it. The same spray could be used on the track control arm bush as this can also squeak over bumps.
