Default 2011 Outlander head lights?

I have noticed that my low beams are not aimed high enough. I can only see 5-6feet in front of me when I am driving to work in the am. I know getting new lights might work but just wondering if there is a way to manually move them up. If there is can you also explain how to(maybe with pics, or step by step). Thanks

Is manual headlight adjuster wheel set to 0 (the one next ASC button)?

Default similar here

Hi I have similar issue here. On my 2012 GT - the left (driver side) is lower . When I put the lights on in my garage you can notice about 1 inch difference. On the road that makes big difference. I had the dealer checking it and they said it's NORMAL and the driver side light is lower on purpose so it wont blind the cars on the other side of the road. They said its adjusted on maximum already.
Does anyone has difference between both front lights ? It sounds fishy to me!
Regards!
