2013 outlander sport question

need to get a windsheild wiper motor as mine has striped the plastic cog inside.
question is does any other previous years fit and or compatable ??

2010 Outlander Sport: 8250A178
My 2010 Outlander: 8250A178

Are A644 and A178 compatible - have no idea.
