2014 outlander
Hi im new to this site and looking at getting a 2014 outlander 2.2 diesel automatic ,Was just wondering if some one could explain to me what the L is on the auto gearbox you have your standard P R N D then L thanks for any info ,

L is for low gear. It keeps the transmission in the lowest gearing for when you need extra power. Like climbing a steep hill or pulling something like another car out of the ditch.
