is there a service menu or hidden menu on this touch audio unit ? this is not the MMCS system - just the audio with touch screen

Sorry for resurrecting this old thread. I couldn't find instructions anywhere online so here they are:

How To Initiate The Service Mode (Vehicles With Display Audio)

While pressing the "MENU" button, press "A" portion (shown in the illustration) on the display briefly. Then press "B" portion for at least two seconds.

 

Does anyone know how to do this in the 2016 Non-Navigation touch screen? Thanks in advance.

 

OMG thank you! I've been lurking and looking for a LONG time specifically for these instructions! Hopefully now I don't brick the head unit fiddling with settings!

 

So - I've been trying the instructions - but it doesn't seem to work - any tips or tricks - I'm thinking it's got to be something I'm doing wrong.

 

Useful information.
I needed to find the Part No. in order to request the Radio Security Code.
This menu showed me the Part No. & Serial No. without having to remove the unit.
