2015 outlander sport throttle body
Hello, I have a 2015 Mitsubishi outlander sport 2.0. recently it developed a very rough idle and will stall in gear. I changed the spark plugs but no difference. I unplugged each of the coil packs but no difference, The code scan at O'Reilly's came back inconclusive. It idles very rough at about 1200 rpm. Once you get it going down the road it runs normal unless you let the RPMs get below 1500 and then you can feel the miss. The symptoms sound like a dirty throttle body. My next move is to remove the throttle body and clean. Does anyone have a cleaning procedure or video? Also, Will I need to reprogram the throttle position etc.. I do not have a scan tool. This vehicle has the CVT.
Thanks
