2016 Outlander: Noise from Headrests?
Mitsubishi did a great job to quiet the cabin on 2016 Outlander. But now I can hear the noise from both front headrests (from the lock ****?) while driving on rough roads.
It only happens when the headrests are all the way down. Raising them seems to solve the problem. But even one stop is a little too high for short passengers.
Is there a simple way to cure this annoyance?

have you tried pulling the stakes apart a bit, or pushing them together a bit?
Taking a little slop out of them may help. Did this on my Hyundai, passenger one was like you described, it was a "perfect" straight down fit. Pulled them a lil bit and never had the issue again. (3yrs)
