Default 2017 outlander sport right light problems

Hi, my girlfriend has a 2017 outlander sport and it is experiencing a light problem on the right side of the car. When you turn the car on and put the headlights on all the bulbs will be lit and shortly after the yellow drl light on the top of the headlight will go out as well as the rear led board/bulb. Has anyone else experienced this issue before?

Check the bulb in the glovebox. It will not be working as the bulb has blown. Fit a new BLUE bulb and it will all be fine. For some strange reason when this bulb blows it sends the ETACS loopy and it throws a fault code which turns off the right side lights.

I just fixed it today it was indeed blown. But the lights are still doing the same thing and I noticed the fog lights are doing the same thing when you put the fog lights on that they go out. So both the fog lights go out the little yellow bulb, glove box bulb now and the rear all go out within like 2 seconds of turning the lights on.

Is the bulb for the glove box the correct one? Wrong wattage bulbs will cause a similar fault.

I bought a 74 at advance auto. It’s the only place I could find the bulb. Is that the correct one? When I pulled the old one out the blue cover came off the old bulb so I’m not sure if that was suppose to happen. It’s a 14v/1.4w bulb.

That sounds about right, but not 100% sure. The genuine bulbs we have do not have a rating on them. And looking through tech info i could not find the bulb chart. I will try again tomorrow to find out some more info

thank you I appreciate your help. I bought a 2721 cause it has a lower volt but it’s a little to small.
