Default 2023 outlander not shifting when cold

My outlander with 3500km doesn’t shift and revs high when cold. After driving for 5-10 minutes it begins to shift as it should.
wrote mits about this and they say they are working on a solution for the CV transmission.
Anyone else have this issue?

WE just had a few very cold days/nights. And when I leave the house in the morning and hit the small hill a few blocks away from my house, it revs high and doesn't seem to be shifting. Issue seems to go away within a few miles? Don't really have another hill like that on my commute so I guess I'll need to actually do a test one morning to see how quick it resolves. It does it despite warming up the engine.

I don’t have any hills, it does it on a flat road.

EVERY ISSUE is normal to them. They could offer lifetime warranty, whatever issue there is is NORMAL!!!
I paid $50,000 last September and I couldn’t handle the aggravation with dealing with the dealer AND Mitsubishi so I traded it in on a Chevy truck. I sleep much better.

Dealer told me the same thing. They were not able to duplicate the issue when they test drove the vehicle - 2017 Outlander SE ~60k miles on it.
