Hi, I just got a 2007 Outlander without the AUX input. It has the bluetooth buttons on the steering wheel but the bluetooth function can't be activated, and holding the CD button switches the stereo to AUX. I wanted to add AUX capabilities to this car and I followed a guide which told me to look for the cables under the glovebox, but there were no cables there.

I then opened up my stereo and my dad helped me solder the AUX wires onto the C15 20 pin as shown in the link below:

But when plugging various phones and using different AUX cables, there is no sound and buzzing above volume level 30.

Any ideas?
