So the pdf you linked to Guyfromhe has a breakdown of coloured wired for an Aussie MMCS but not the US/EU version.
What I can ascertain from the sticky
Orange is V+
Black V-
Yellow GRND to let the MMCS know a camera is present (won't be required on an aftermarket HU presumably?)
Pink looks like 6V out from HU to power the camera, so this is what I'll use to power the cam with a BUC stepdown from a 12v source.
White - Haven't sussed out what this is yet, I suspect this is another - (ground to accompany the Pink +).

Will need to splice an AUX cable onto Orange & Black.

Now for the RES.

Well I've fitted the Pioneer AVH-X8700BT .... after a fashion.
Got a pretty reasonably clean install. The little BUC stepdown converter does it's job and the factory fit 6.5V camera works a charm.
The CTSMT002.2 SWC works perfectly, powers the factory fit Rockford amp and retains all steering wheel buttons. Took out the factory BT unit as the stereo has a better one with (IMHO) a better Mic.
No sound quality problems evident that were reported with the MITO unit.
It's not all good news, 2 ****les, the head unit itself is smaller than the MMCS which would have left an ugly gap. Managed to 3D print a surround which masks the gap. Not the best solution but I can probably live with it.
The rear screen and DVD player I still can't get to work with the Pioneer. Used the pins as shown in the sticky regarding the EU DVD player and they just don't work for me. To be fair it's been raining for the entire weekend and I've had a stab on and off between showers but it's bitter cold and I didn't take it as far as getting the multi-meter on it to see what's going on.
Still a little work to do but I might leave it until the weather breaks.
Whilst I was at it I was going to replace the Factory Cam with one of my 12v RC cams (higher res and better low light), but the back panel was held on by some white clips and for the love of me I couldn't figure how to pop them off. Another job on my list of things to do.

On a plus side, Android Auto is superb. Nice up-to-date navigation with sound coming from my phone through the speakers whilst I still listen to music.
Overall worth the effort.

LOL, love how this forum has censored the word n-I-g-g-l-e-s above.

Hi danbst,

I hope you are still around the forum. Can you show me how to take out the factory Bluetooth Unit and where you put the mic of the new head unit?

I also bought CTSMT002 and Android head unit and going to set up on the Outlander 2007 (Rockford Fosgate amp).

Thank you in advance!
