Has anyone ever changed the globes? My middle switch seems a lot duller than the outside 2 or does it come as a "unit"

the control unit has 3 dials. In Australia the left is the air direction and the centre operates the rear demister, the middle is fan speed and the middle is for the Air Conditioner, the left is for temp and the middle is to recycle air.

 

I guess "globes" means the light bulbs? Should not be that hard, just pull the control panel out. Probably has trim around it that pops off and then screws to remove the HVAC control unit which contains the bulbs.
