Annoying vibration from air vents/dash
Hi all, I need help. My car is a 2008 Outlander
I have an annoying rattle/vibration coming from the front air vents/dash area.
I have narrowed it down to something to do with the air vents.
If the air is set to come from the front dash vents I can hear the rattle from behind the radio direction. No amount of building the dash or removing the dash and poking around stops the rattle.
As soon as I change the air to come out to the floor/feet area the rattle stops.
I'm stumped, can anyone help?

It's an annoying rattle, like a screw is loose, not a growl.
The fan itself seems fine, is only when front vents are used, if air comes out of other vents, floor or windscreen there is no rattle
