Default Anyone replace sway bar bushings?

I have some clunking type sounds when going over bumps at very low speeds. Figured I start by replacing the rear sway bar bushings. Seems like these sway bar bushings maybe a common issue with outlanders, etc? Hoping it goes pretty smooth. Ordered OEM bushings.

Seems that replacing the sway bar bushing fixed the issue. They didn’t look too bad, but did have over 110k miles on them.

I have the same squeaking and clunking issue on my rear..I went to dealership today for service and got it checked.. apparently my rear sway bar bushings needs to be replaced.. so hopefully this should fix the issue!

Apparenly advisor said the sway bar is gonna get damaged eventually and it will be a more expensive repair if i dont change the bushings?

Forgot to mention i have a 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander GT V6 with almost 144k km..can bushings last longer though?

Noticed that you mentioned your car is at 110k miles. Thats like 177k km so 30k km more than mine

i probably should’ve replaced them sooner, but it seemed kinda tight still, nothing too obvious. Replaced them on a whim and it fixed the issues. Recently did the front as well.

The bushings did indeed fix the issue. So no more weird squeaking sound in the rear ...

Hopefully my front wont squeak soon!

Interesting I had more like a clunking sound than squeaking. If I could do the front again, I’d probably go OEM parts. The aftermarket ones from Autozone seem a little softer, but could just be due to being new. Size seems correct.
