Big Suspension Job
Need to get all the Shocks/Struts Replaced both front and rear, as well as all inner and outer tie rods, how much is a reasonable price for parts and labor for this type of job? It's for a 2008 Mitsubishi Outlander XLS V6

Sorry, all I can help you with is one tie rod end. I had the left outer one replaced on my 08 XLS V6 in 2015 at around 106,000 miles. Cost was $59.32 for the part and $47.63 for labor (not counting the alignment afterward).
I ran across this site when I did a quick search, which says between $280 and $450 for the strut replacement. It is the first time I saw it so no idea of accuracy. RepairPal for Outlander strut replacement

I recently paid about $800 to get front struts, rear shocks, alignment and rear brakes/rotors replaced. But the work was done by a mechanic friend I know who works on the side for much lower than shop prices. I asked Firestone for an estimate on shocks and struts alone and it was well over $1000.

Just priced out new struts, shocks, and misc pieces for about 230 after rebate. Figure 100 bucks per hour. 1 hour per corner. Plus an alignment. I can easily see 1000 bucks at a retail shop. Another 200 for both tie rod ends.

Rockauto
I was looking at Rockauto.com and found this front end kit https://www.rockauto.com/en/catalog/mitsubishi,2008,outlander,3.0l+v6,1442157,suspensi on,front+end+kit,15413
How much labor should it costs to get these installed? I was thinking of buying this Front end kit having Pepboys install then, go to Firestone for the front and rear shock/Struts.

yeah, springs can go bad, but usually dont. Normal to reuse them. Kyb are oem, which are the ones I'll be going with.

But the front springs on these Outlanders especially do go bad. They had a recall on them for rusting and breaking, but if yours aren't rusty I would imagine they're OK. It was particularly a problem in road salt states.

I went ahead and did the job at Firestone I had the lifetime alignment, Tire balance/Rotation Lifetime too. They installed new KYB Shocks and Struts front and rear, New inner and outer tie rods. She is riding like a dream now
