Default blacked out my 2012 Outlander grille

I really like how it came out. Just need to get some black plastic plugs for those license plate holes Sadly a front plate is required in my state, and the holes were already drilled. I just don't want my plate right in the center of the grille area.

edit: gratuitous weekend warrior pic

i really dig the plate relocation... i could have ripped the dudes head off that mounted my plate in the center of the grill when i got the truck, mine came from out of state and did not have a front plate, when they pulled the truck around and now there was a plate on there i went bonkers! looks way better down low! what about putting some body pannel push pins in the stock drill hole locations and then shooting it black again, would all but vanish

Thanks! Yep, its just plastidip so I'm going to plug those holes and if it needs to be sprayed over, I can do that easily.

I think it looks just a bit odd with it all being black. I'd think outline the logo in a thin red would look sharp.

Thanks for the feedback. I debated spraying the Mitsu emblem red. I think that would look good too

I was thinking more about it. traditionally the emblem is red...it is a bit odd that on the outlander they went chrome/silver. might not look bad if you didn't want it to stand completely out, maybe outlined in white to match your exterior paint would look decent.

Same, I use vinyl too, would love to complete the whole outline grill in orange if i have the time.

I would at least plasticdip/vinyl the emblem if i were you, white or red. But the whole black thing still looks cool!

Are those emblem overlays? I've seen a lot of them on ebay and I'm planning to get one but I'm curious if they will chip easily.
