Default Blower motor not working

I Have a 2005 Outlander XLS, went to use the heater today (temp -26c, -40c with wind chill) and the blower motor is not working.
Any suggestions.

Check your fuses.

Also, check your relays, had that problem with a Opel Vectra this summer, all fuses were fine, but just one lousy relay was broken This can easily be tested with a beeper pen that reacts on electromagnetism, it is hardly impossible else, since the relays were, at least in the Opel, not marked at all.
