Default Catalytic converter and oxygen sensors - 4G69 Gen 1 Outlander

I just ran a fault scan and these popped up on the list,
i did a reset and a then a short drive brought them up again..
(It turns out that the previous owner made sure to burn out the inspection light on the dashboard, which is why it is not lit).

P0431 - Warm up catalyst efficiency threshold (bank 2)
Po135 - 02 sensor heater circuit (bank 1 sensor 1)
P0141 - 02 sensor heater circuit (bank 1 sensor 2)

now, there are 2 oxygen sensors before the converter and 2 after it, 2 (upper and lower) on the right side, and 2 on the left side..
Does anyone know which bank is right and which is left for the ECU ?
Does anyone know of a way to disable the catalytic converter (also stifles acceleration and expensive)
without the ecu recognizing and displaying it as an error ?
