If its 8 years old then I would be thinking along the lines that the batteries are coming to the end of their life, or at least hallway through their life. The only way to get the stated 30 mileage out of the PHEV would be to get a new battery pack installed.

Probably have to go to a Mitsi dealer for that and I suspect it wont be a cheap item to replace.

Not sure about europe prices but here in Australia they are around $8-9000 AU. So yeah, not cheap

Dibby Dibby......I think you just gave BigMac a heart attack with that $8-9k figure, as he has not replied back.
BigMac.....what do you think? I tend to think that you should just keep with the batteries you have, use it as-is a couple more years, then decide what to do.
