Not only is the data collection biased, but it is based off of a small sample size. If you know anything about statistics, you know that the smaller the sample, the larger the margin of error. Consumer Reports has a minimum feedback threshold -- anything below their threshold is considered irrelevant and marked with an * -- but it's obviously too low considering the sudden, 18% drop in expected Outlander reliability (50% above-average last survey to merely 32% above-average currently). All while there is little change in reliability category ratings (see for yourself).
