Hey all,
I just got a 2004 Outlander, and it was nice to see that it has a double din slot for a radio . At last I can put it a dvd/navigation that will be built in and not sticking out somewhere on the dash. The only problem I have now is which one could I possibly get. Did anyone had experience in buying one? I would greatly appreciate all of your help and opinions on different models. Right now I'm considering Pioneer AVIC-D1 but it's really hard to get, even on ebay.

check www.sonicelectronix.com they have a good selection, and the best prices I have seen. If you dont see what you need, give them a call, generally they have it, they just dont have it listed on their site

You should also check out soundstream's screens... they are about the best I have seen

 

Hey, I just wanted to let you know I got the AVIC-D1. I'm going to install it on Sunday. By the way, anyone got some manuals or directions on how to remove the factory radio? I can't find any books, like Haynes and such. Help please.
