ECU Flash requires an xml definition file... there are complete ones for the EVO and Eclipse, but I'm not sure about the Outlander.

I belive the tactrix connector will also work with just about any software, though I'd contact the company to be sure. They are based in downtown Seattle and seem friendly enough.
