Default disassemble armrest from the door panels

I suppose to get my new 2011 Outie Instyle this week.
The first mod that I want to do is to make the door panels armrests and the middle armrest coverd with leather and not the beige fabric that they came from Mitsubishi.

What is the best way to disassemble only the armrests and not the whole door panel.

I'm willing to bet they come off from the inside of the door panel... Page 52A-11 of the service manual shows how to take the door panel off...not too bad.

can you upload the specific page?

I got the service manual but it requires win XP in order to install it. All my comps are WIN7.
(or maybe there is a way to install it on win7?)
