Default Engine Vents cycling at sea level A/C on

Many complaint that the vents turn on in cycles of 15 to 30 seconds when a/C on.
This happens to me.

When I went to sea level almost same ambient temp the cycling is not longer so short it turn on Engine Fans for minutes on and also the fans at off are longer periods.

At what altitude do you use your Outlander with the problem of short seconds cycling of fansor light flickering ?

The fan kicks on and off no matter where your at. That is how it was made.
