1. Not Russian, they're Ukrainian
2. One way or another, you need MUT III for reading/writing settings.
3. Only online version is available to public, yet it is not free.
I already contacted them and got a reply. I am going to made some English translations for them. Their service is good thing for those who can reach MUT III somehow.

Sorry for my English . I have a MO II 3.0v6 imported from USA
working on a U.S. radio frequencies / 88.1 .. 88.3 .. 88.5 /
88.2 is not even suitable for the stations in Europe
Change the Region in LEXI from the U.S. to the European Union will work on European radio frequencies but also will display information on ABS-OFF, ASC-off after a while, SERVICE ENGINE SOON
What can be done, you have ideas

Did you follow the on-screen instructions regarding when to turn off the ignition?
Try to change any other setting this time exactly as Lexia instructs you.

the tire size thing was kinda tricky. after doing it i lost my cruise control. tonight i figured out that after entering the new tire circumference in the default parameters screen, you need to go back into vehicle config and enter in a 'default' tire size (prior it was 'undefined'). even if that size is not correct, i just chose the closest size. and, viola' cruise control is back on I wish i could have done this a long time ago, i might not quite yet be over 100k miles already, lol.
Going from US to EU you might need to add some settings that are now set as undefined. The above comment would likely bring ABS and ASC error as wheel size might be undefined for EU tolerances.
You need help from a EU user.

I did not do this alone I do not have LEXI, did the mechanic in the service of what I remember the car was capable of - the ignition.
settings back to the region - the U.S., ABS and ASC returned to normal, the lack of information, ABS-OFF, ASC - OFF
SERVICE ENGINE SOON light shine until the next day. I fear that there were no problems have 3.0 v6 engine and there are no software for these engines, do not sell MO II with such engines

2.4 engines are supported by Lexia/Diagbox. 3.0s are not.

Or is there any way to change the radio to work with the U.S. on European Union
cutting off access to the CAN bus, cut the wires coming into the radio
then only if the radio will operate on frequencies of the EU and which wires to cut
