Your ideas of how a small forum answers questions regarding an even smaller subset of vehicles with a particular engine is $hit. You didn't even give it 24hrs. Take a long walk on a short pier.

Because you have a diesel, it's most likely a bad injector from that code.

Can confirm glow plug error, if it's the PSA 2.2 HDi, number 3 is difficult to get too.

Its difficult but possible,
I changed nr 3 too, without disconecting EGR
The most difficult is to take rubber cap off
I made a tool from a piece of pipe
I took steel pipe which I found inside plywood cable drum, cuted a bit and bended ends from two sides to create kind of nails
Then i put that and shifted from a flank of glow plug cap, then I silmply disconnected cap by pulling pipe tool, the next problem were to take thjat tool out from disconnected glow plug cap, but successfully done
Before that i removed few screws on right side of engine block, covered plug nr 4 to make some more space
When glow plug cap were off, I easily replaced glow plug, and pushed cap into glow plug by finger press, its just clicked,
It took me half hour
If needed I can make picture of "tool":
Greets
