Found in Aussie Outlander brochure.

90% of torque @ 2000rpm and peaks both at @ 4000rpm and 5000rpm - no wonder I love my engine

Agreed.. i chirped my tire trying to move up my driveway.

Mitsu could have detuned the lower RPMs to not give this much torque which I think would have given better fuel economy. But they had chosen not to do that, it's alot more fun that way.

that's odd...peak power looks to be like 115kw. converted to horsepower for us US guys equals about 155. I thought the 2010+ model was rated at 220hp on premium, 210hp on regular fuel?

Peak power is grey line. I did the conversion it is about 227 HP

The gray line is Horsepower and its scale is on the left just shy of 170 Kw
The red line is torque and it's scale is to the right peak at a bit below 300 Nm
