2007 Outlander Air Helper MOT Failure

Hi All,
I've got a 2007 Outlander 2.0 did and I want to install Firestone air helpers but, does anyone know if air helper is subject of MOT failure in UK?

I tow either my single axle caravan or twin axle trailer. Whilst the caravan, being the heaviest at around 1600kg laden weight, the Mitsi is also loaded rather heavily in the rear. Despite being well within its abilities I found the air assist excellent for keeping the configuration level.

The Mitsi tow gear was factory fitted and the extra caravan wiring installed professionally...

Do these air spring kits last long?Some say they get puncture holes in them.

You don't have to pressurize all the time, After towing you need to let the pressure down or you will be bouncing all over the place lol.
I had my air bags in for 4 years now and as long as you use the heat shields right you won't have any problems with them.
