Default Found a solution for my case

So, after following wiring diagrams, testing fuses, testing connectivity of wires. Everything was connected properly starting from domelight pins on the ceiling and all the way down to the corresponding harness Connected to cabin fuesbox.
From this point, the wires appear on diagrams to be connected to the ETACS module. (Red box plugged right behind the cabin fuesbox).
I replaced the ETACS and domelight function returned normally (switch on/off/time out with doors and lock arm/disarm)
I believe that I've accidentally shorted dome light pins while replacing the bulb which has damaged something in the ETACS.

Thanks for coming back and posting the resolution!

I always figured that was the problem but never wanted to spend the money to test my theory. Congratulations on figuring it out. Hopefully thIs thread can help others dealing with the same issue.
