Default G1 Mystery Ping

I am trying to figure out why I'm getting a pinging noise on my '05 Outlander.

Only occurs under load. I've adjusted valves, replaced timing belt with Gates kit, replaced power steering pump, replaced coils and spark plugs (NGK). All exhaust gaskets replaced with OE gaskets. Verified no leaks at joints or flex pipe.

Changed oil with Quaker State Full Synthetic 5W-20 with Liqui Moly Hydraulic Lifter additive and using the correct Mitsubishi OE filter

I am currently running a tank of 93 gas through it with Royal Purple fuel system cleaner. 120,000 miles on the clock.

What could I possibly be missing?? Starts, runs and idles fine. No codes being thrown. Only one recently was an O2 sensor, I replaced both. I had spun bearings before in my Sentra SE-Rs and it does not sound like that to me.

I've recently experienced a black smoke from the exhaust. No error codes, just a little (almost unnoticeable) loss of power, some "strange sounds" and black smoke when accelerating. No problem on idling. Could not figure it out for a few weeks. Then connected MUT-III and recorded some signals. Interestingly, the boost pressure was less than target boost pressure only at the higher load and acceleration on the highway.
Checked the boost (intake manifold) pressure sensor, but it was fine. Then, on a parking lot while pressing the gas pedal a friend of mine was looking under the hood and noticed that strange whistling sound.... and a 4cm long crack in the hose between the intercooler and throttle!!! The crack was naturally "sealed" at low RPM/load/idle, but at higher RPMs/load it opens up and the boost pressure is 10-30kPa behind the target one. Actually, the hose material was deteriorating like it was dissolved in or absorbed some kind of chemical or solvent. I also used to add injectors cleaning additives into the tank time to time. The problem with these chemicals is that they attack rubber and seals. That might be a good reason to stop applying them because injectors have sealing o-rings which gets bad because of this chemistry. The same thing with hoses where residues of the fuel+additives may be deposited.

Well, I have a diesel 4N14 engine (133000 km, 10000 liters of diesel consumed), but similar fault might be with a gasoline engine too.
