Default Getting ready to install a Jensen VM9510

I searched the forum to see if my Outlander needs a fit kit to install this head unit? The factory unit seems like it would be a single din, but that would be too easy. If anyone has done thier own install, especially on a LCD headunit please let me know what parts I need to get this to work. Thanks

well if its sinlge DIN, I dont think you'll have any problems in the install. The console comes out quick with only a few screws. There is an anti-theft device in the form of metal side panels that also hold the radio against the chasis.

The only thing I had with my radio is that there want enough front space for the finishing skirt.

however, since you are putting lcd, it might be a little different.

check out my car domain here and we'll try to help you out as you go along.

also, give us a review of the jensens once you get it in.
