I'm getting ready to replace the OEM tires on my Outlander, and when I asked my Mitsu dealer if they recommend rebuild kits when installing new tires they said no.

Rebuild kits are needed if moving TPMS sensors to another set of rims.

I had a set of DynaPros on my Ranger. Had to retire them after they were 3 years. The bead started to seperate from the tire and it seemed I couldn't keep them balanced. That being said, the model of tires were very strong...I took 1800 pounds of scrap to the yard before I retired them.

Make sure to look at the date code on the sidewall.

i have the same hankooks ur talking about and honestly, I LOVE THESE TIRES. great in the rain great in snow and ice and dry weather too. only thing i see in the tires are that there a little soft for cornering but at the same time this is not a race car we are talking about here. Tires are very quite and will last a very long time. Their Rated #1 in their class at tire rack. I am very happy with them and will install them in my girls Civic and recommend them to anyone.

to my knowledge all of the tire rack tires are rated by the consumer so yes they are passenger rated. as far as the gas mileage i haven't seen any difference between these and the OEM's

sorry cheech, I meant if the tires were rated for passenger vehicles or "light truck" vehicles.
