Heated Seat Issue - 59 plate Elegance

Hi all
It appears that the bottom part of the passenger heated seat in my 59 plate elegance is not working

. Is this something I can get into to check or is it a warranty issue to be left to the experts?

What is a 59 plate elegance? If you're referencing an Outlander built in the last 5 years, take it to a dealership -- that's what the warranty is for. If you tinker with it, you'll likely void the warranty on the seat.
