Default Heated Side Mirrors

Anyone without heated side mirrors check to see if the element was in there? Anyone look into this at all? Maybe they just left out a fuse or we just have to swap the mirrors? I am getting tired of the mirrors being COVERED in ice and not being able to see anything.

I live in México, and I removed completely the outside mirror of the side of the driver and there is no the element of heating; but the power wires of the element of heating come to the arness. . .

Yeah, I believe you need to buy the glass only. Hoever I have heard of glass companies selling elements or mirror glasses with elements.
