Yeah yeah!

Im working on an 04 now
And what makes them crooks ?
Charging for the time and effort it took to produce something that won't brick units ?
I think I recognise your type now.
You want to have free access to everything without providing *anything* useful in return.
There's a name for creatures like that.
Parasite.

oh dear...

@W@zfa(3
Opening myself up to abuse also, but I have to say...
Otaku and Vad are both legends in the history of MMCS conversions. They have been around for years - poss since 2005-7. There is a lot of this that wouldn't have happened without them. Otaku was a pioneer for the first major breakthrough I believe. Sresky-not so much... he is recent and came in and bought his way in. Yes it was annoying that it all closed up but I decided to attempt to progress it further for myself and now realise the effort needed to get small things changed in the firmware that the average punter would never achieve, but it is possible with a bit of help request on forums. So to me a charge is understandable but maybe not so hefty ;-)
Where did you get the file from, was it from one of those guys trying to help you?

Without Sresky's enthusiasm, hardware and testing I would not do anything about MMCS conversion at all.
I just don't need it, my Canadian N-05 MMCS was perfectly English when I got it.
