Default Idle logic in 2010 XLS

Has anyone experienced strange behavior of transmission if standing in D with brake pressed while engine is not fully warmed (about 900-1000 rpm)?
Something is performing like switching from N or P to D and than back every 10-15 seconds?

When engine is hot, after 20-30 seconds of standing in D tranny shifts to neutral.
