Can fog lights be taken out of a model that had them form the junk yard and installed in one that did not come with them?

I know some vehicles have complete wiring harnesses regardless of optional equipment.

 

All the wiring will be there, but you are unable to tell the ETACS (body computer) that they are turned on. So you will need to wire them separatly, and use a different switch, as the fctory fog lights are turned on using the headlight switch
