Google translate - unless if you need a permanent solution - in which case most websites have a tiny button in the corner saying "translate" - if it's the computer itself - go to the scroll menu / search and you usually can choose your language. Good luck!

 

I would assume he is referring to his Mitsubishi onscreen language.
