Hi - hope you don't mind an asx owner popping in, but I think the setup for audio etc is the same! My wife has a month old asx and the audio/stereo just stopped working. If we press the voice button - nothing. If we attach an ipod it says "loading" but never loads (I've got rid of playlists etc and it used to load in c 1 minute), if we press the "call" button - nothing. It's like the things's died.

Now this seems to have happened when she tried to do the voice recognition thing, unfortunately witout a responsible adult (me) present, so it's possible she's pressed a combination of buttons that's turned something off - is there a factory reset we can do? I've tried the "press the hang-up button for two seconds three times" thing but that doesn't seem to do anything.

Anyone had this issue? Any answers? thanks!!!
