mmcs gracenote update won't work

mmcs gracenote update won't work
i download the files from mitsubishi (from a link in another post) and burn it on a cd and try it 2 times from 2 different cd and it won't work. the mmcs sya verify cd... any particular thing to do when burning?

All instructions and everything is there...very easy....just use any burning program....Try again....If it is still not working then please tell me what version of the MMCS you are using and what the current CDDB database version is and also what burning software you are using....

the mmcs version is : BLD-NR-261UM 1.09
gracenote datebase # is: 0663-0000
i use nero ver 8 and try a verbatim cd-r and a sony cd-rw.
Just notice, the disc as to be a ISO9660 Level 1 or 2 file system.
Maybe this is the reason it won't work, i use nero but the express version, the easy interface, maybe i shold use nero burning rom normal interface and make sure it's a ISO 9660 file system, maybe nero express uses a joliet or another type of file system by default.
