For brian360
Check out Otaku's posts above and his website http://www.takingthingsapart.org/
He updated his tool to unpack the loading.kwi files on the MMCS, but I'm not sure if he posted the updated "unpackkwi" tool to his website yet (the old version there would always crash with the MMCS kwi file).

If my memory serves me correctly, once you extract loading.kwi you then need to extract the resulting .BIN images with a tool called "Bysin" to get the Windows CE firmware filesystem.

I'm curious if the MMCS would load the new images from the hard drive after a cold-boot? Have you tried removing power for a few seconds, then turning it on? It will cause the MMCS to go through some sort of initialization stage.
I tried that utility but it crashes, so I think it may not be updated. I already have all those programs, but without unpacking loader.kwi all are useless...

I HOPE THIS IS THE PLACE TO ASK THIS QUESTION.

Purchased a preowned 07 Outie with bluetooth. It has a 4 number password set up. I need to unlock it. Any Ideas? Is there an 'universal code to use?

thanks for any help.

The bluetooth module has nothing whatsoever to do with this thread.

You should try 0 0 0 0 Password
If You Use HandsFree voice setup, you can speak to your car and then you can acces to "setup", then "paring options", "Pair a phone" ect. So you dont have to use old passwor, but you can pair BT with your phone and set new password.

I Hope that i'm right.

Best Regards from Poland!

Should be - you'll need to replace one of the languages in the .tbl files
