MMCS knob not sold separately?!?!

MMCS **** not sold separately?!?!
My two year old pulled off the little map-scroll **** from the MMCS nav unit and now it's lost. I just called our local Mitsu dealer and they say that they don't sell the **** separately. That can't possibly be true, can it? If so that's crazy!
Anyone know where I can buy a replacement ****?
