I wanted to see what you guys think, i have laying around the house is a

MZ360224EX

http://www.outlander-forum.de/phorum...MZ360224EX.pdf

you think i can rig it to be used in my wifes outie?

seems like the only difference is that it uses 2x grounding points instead of one and the orange is the same as red connection.

NM, the second grounding point is a seperate wire so I left that out.

I then used the Orange wire to take place of the Red and then used the same pinout as

http://forums.evolutionm.net/lancer-...mp3-cable.html

the wires are a different color coding on the 2007 outlander SE but I figured that the connections to the headunit would be the same and they were.

The wife is happy because then she can use her Tmo slide and stream pandora tothe car.

So what do I do if my C15 already has wires where the drawing shows that I should hook up the MIT-POD?

hi, o if I will connect my iphone to the connector in the back of the factory radio - then I don't need a MIT-POD connector? Can I solder pins to the 3,5 jack cable only?

because 3,5 jack cable has a shielding/screening (I don't know the real term) and cables in armrest don't have it. How to solder them together?

In ideal world - yes. But Mitsu decided it is not critical. Use tester to find a ground among those wires, and connect it to 3.5 jack cable's shield.

Moreover, my rearview camera is connected by a 1 wire only (using car chassis as a ground) and still it works fine.
