Hey, I had a question about the MPG on the outie. I know that for calculating MPG there is the Manual mode and the Auto mode which resets every 4 hours. My question is if it is supposed to be every 4 hours of driving time, or just every 4 hours whether or not the car is on? Because in my car, it resets every 4 hours whether is car is on or not. Most of the time when I start my car, the MPG is reset unless Ihad driven it within the past few hours. It is really annoying, and my dealer says it is working fine and I am just imagining it basically but I want to know what to tell them next time I take my car in.

4 hours of having the car off. If you start the car back up after 2 hours, then the mpg will still be on there and take another 4 hours of time to reset.
