How much did it cost you for the Exhaust work labor and parts?

I went into Midas they lifted up my Outlander and found that not only was there a hole in my muffler but also a hole in my catalytic converter. He started calling all different Auto Parts Stores but could not find the parts, so then he called the local Mitsubishi Dealership and they advised him that the catalytic converter was covered up until 150,000 miles. Now Mitsubishi is covering the catalytic converter parts and labor under warranty then I will go back to Midas to get my Magnaflow muffler. To install the Magnaflow Muffler with custom piping they are charging me $200 is that a decent price?

Do you guys think Midas is charging me a fair price of $200 to install the Magnaflow Muffler with custom piping? I bought the Magnaflow Muffler from Amazon.
