Default Multiple codes

My girlfriend has a 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander, 2.4L. Yesterday morning she left for work and made it about 1/4 mile and had to turn around to come back home. It started running very roughly, the service engine soon light was flashing! I used my scanner to scan it. The P0302 code (cylinder 2 misfire)popped up. I decided with 130,000 miles that I would change the spark plugs. It needed rear brakes too. I replaced all of the spark plugs and changed the brakes. Once I put everything together, I had to use our battery jump box to start it. The car started. I let it run for a few minutes. Then it all started again. The scanner said code P0300 (random cylinder misfire) this time. This morning I took all of the plugs back out, put them back in, and checked all of the connections. I had to use the jump box again but once it started it through code P0302. I switched the coils on cylinders 2 & 3! I restarted it and it still showed the P0302, and It also through codes B1476, B1558, B210A, B2353, B1A25, B1A35, B210D, and B1691. I looked them up, but I can't remember what all of them are. Some are low voltage things. I thought it was maybe the battery, but then it began to start without the booster. Any ideas are greatly appreciated!
