Default Navigation Map?

Has anyone here actually updated their map yet? I keep checking on here, but all has gone quiet on this topic.

I have a 2007 XLS and I'm waiting to hear about an update. I figured I'd hear it here first, but maybe it's *still* not available yet.

its available. your local dealer should have an install kit for you that takes about 90 minutes to install, and can only be installed once.
the part number is MZ360177EX for Lancer and outlander.

of course its not free.. Someone needs to be paid for it... The maps are not made by mitsu.

I dont know the cost, but I estimate around 100 bucks. Call your local dealer to find out.

How can it only be used once? It's a DVD right?

$100 would be a bargain !!!! They are about $200 - $300 for each update.

Isn't the update suppose to be a DVD/CD media? What's the install kit for? Is it a gadget?

Looks like this is it, #MZ360177EX, msrp $111.50.

Yes there is an update for your navigation system and that is the part number for it. i just checked our computer and we're selling them at $126.88 but if you're interested in purchasing it i wouldn't mind selling it to you at the msrp price. included in the kit is an update DVD, instrucktions, and a version up key. thanks for your inquiry.
Hmm.. is this worth it? Any suggestions? Has anyone even tried this?
