Default Need more bass...

In my last car, I had a 2 10" set up. Since i got my new car i've been missing the bass. Now the reason why i haven't put in a set up in the outtie, is becuase i don't want to loose the cargo room. So does anyone have any ideas in how to get some more bass without sacrificing cargo room? I was thing about getting 4 new 6.75's and then getting a 4 channel amp to run the speakers. This way i can hide the amp under the spare tire cover and not loose any cargo room. This will give me more bass than stock but obviously not as much as 2 10" set up would. What do y'all think?

Can the stock speakers handle the power of an AMP? Lets say i put 35-50W RMS to each speaker, can they handle it or would they blow?
