Need some help with aux input setup
First of all hi to all of you this is my first post on the forums!
Here's my problem, I want to connect an aux cable to my Outlander 2009 but I'm having a hard time figuring out the wires. Here are some images of what's on the back panel:
I just want a single aux cable no need for ipod or charging ports and was looking into using this one (even if it doesn't say that it works for outlander but at least the cables look the same just different color) Is it going to work? Or what other adapter should I use? Preferably a cheap one since I'm low on money now. Thanks!

Take a look here:
Second Generation Outlander Stereo Wiring - Mitsubishi Wiki
It has the pin out's and such for those cables.

anyone with a working link to the diagram? i have the same harness except the blue is gray in my case.
Is it a matter of soldering
white to white
black to black
and red (from AUX cable) to the gray (or blue in the diagram. aka the middle wire.

Make sure you have the correct connector as in document. I did this to my 07. Worked great.
